Donation Request Form
EcoFarm Discovery Centre is a non-profit organization with limited resources for donations to external organizations. We are unable to provide monetary donations or sponsorships. Please complete the following form to request a donation. Due to the volume of requests received, please submit your request 4 weeks prior to your event. Only successful applicants will be contacted. Successful applicants are limited to one donation per year.
