Take a photo at the Revival Arts photo booth, then submit your details below. Describe your costume(s) the best you can so we can find you in the photo library! Example: # of people in your group photo, theme, special details.
Ensure your information is correct so that we can contact you if you are the winner. The winner will also be announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
